If I remember right, this is a double stack 9mm gun, and I don't believe these naturally spawn. If so, they're exceedingly rare. So- Probably just spawn it in, I'd say

Where would this weapon normally spawn? Mil / Police locations or in civ areas? Same question applies to the ammo for it.
