Description
No Wind Turbines does exactly what it says. Turbines, both regular and Carbon turbines require no wind. Is it overpowered? Yeah! Is it fun anyways? Yeah!

This works with saved games! Research both No Wind Turbines and Carbon No Wind Turbines to unlock the item. Both are set super cheap!
