- It's laggy (below 50fps)
Use slow motion and set time speed for it to whatever gets you above 50fps.

- It gets laggy sometimes
Try reseting the map, disabling/enabling vsync, clearing debris or cooling down your pc

- The screen shakes every so often
That is a problem with the mech, it's very heavy. Try lowering screen shake intensity or increasing your iteration count
