Jobs Shuffle

Description
I have painstakingly and manually gone through most jobs files of both base game and DLC to add the following tag...

Matchextension=False

You don't know what that means?

An extension is considered base game, DLC, or a mod. A job file introduced into the game by an extension without this tag will never anchor itself in a sector that wasn't added by the same extension, Factionlogic AI may still send them in that direction for specific tasks though

As an example, the Split DLC introduced Paranid Bounty Hunters in the Paranid held space of those sectors but they will only ever patrol those sectors, BUT with the tag they can leave that sector and patrol other space that the Godrealm controls outside of the sectors that were introduced by the Split DLC

This is useful and recommended for people adding mods that add new sectors so that any new sectors can feel integrated into the base game without needing to add excessive job files for the AI Empires. Also useful for someone wanting to integrate all the DLC jobs and Base game jobs into one fair playing field.

Compatibility/Effects

On a new game with this mod, if your familiar with dlc jobs, you should immediately see the benefit with jobs already spawning in new positions. When adding this mid-save, it may take some time for the jobs to be spread out.

Compatible mid-save, can be removed mid-save, but removing it mid-save just takes time for things to go back to normal

Compatible with all mods and highly recommended for my mods that add new sectors, you should own all DLC as this touches upon everything but if you don't have a particular DLC, it should just spit out a few errors in the debug log and move on with itself not creating any issues

This more then likely throws alot of game balance out the window, there will be alot more "randomness" with job placements and why I decided to call it "shuffle"

Update 1.01: Removed Pathfinding Blocker on Boron DLC Sectors, Jobs will be able to pathfind to Boron now

I love modding this game, mods will always be free and I will always be trying to push more content but if you want to show some appreciation then consider buying me a coffee to help keep me awake on some of this coding

Update:
DeadAir scripts can already disable space exclusivity, so this mod is probably no longer needed and outdated

Anyone know if this works well with DeadAir Scripts?

@AzoorFox still works fine, doesn't need an update, most of the new jobs added by egosoft already have matchextenstion="false" in their job files

UPDATE WHEN????????????
Treybor  [author] 21 Aug @ 4:25pm
@October the Octopus the biggest change to balance would be for the DLC factions, so like Boron/Split/Terran and the enclaves in split space for PAR/ARG/TEL... Oh and the Xenon enclaves spread across each DLC

I haven't played without this in ages, so i couldnt tell you how different it is from vanilla now

what's the consensus on the balance for this mod on a vanilla+ playthrough? is the wonky balancing alluded to an actual issue? couldn't find more than a sentence or two here and there across the web

@knightphantom420 I doubt it will have any issues with Clear Universe since the creator of Clear Universe himself recommends this exact mod in his description

@Drago Duval it works but doesnt cover any new jobs, but the only new jobs are the SCA anarchy jobs, but they only stay in the anarchy sectors anyway
