@BootlegNEGRO Far East Republic is part of the base game, all this mod does it set the FER to communist by default (in vanilla they are democratic i think), give them a unique leader - Pyotr Kobozev, and add a new Soviet flag for that country (since the vanilla/irl one look abit bland/ugly).
To play as FER, you have to select USSR fragmented in the setting, once in game you have to tag switch to them by typing in the console "tag FER". They use the generic focus tree so i recommend you getting Jazzy focus tree mod for better minor gameplay.
I made this to play vanilla-ish version of TNO breakapart russia, trying to reunited Russia under the FER and such.

@Lord Gryph you do need to set soviet union fragmented rule for the country to appear, tag switch to FER to play as the far east republic

it makes a new country there on start or i still need the "Soviet Union fragmented" rule?
