A cool little map, one of the things i'd try to do is allign the sidewalk textures better, and maybe put your curbs a little higher off the road. Your 3D skybox buildings are also a little blurry.

Very good visually for a second map, you did a lot of stuff inexperienced mappers don't do like small details, using props and decals, setting VRAD settings for better prop lighting.
There are some technical issues though, the main one is the map is not sealed with skybox or it looks like not sealed at all, so VVIS will not run properly, I think that's why decals randomly disappear depending on where you are standing.
