Brief Overview

Re:Fresh has a total of 10 unique quests to complete, which start with Yuri's tutorial quest on Pebble Rock. This quest is pretty self explanatory:

• Talk to Yuri after waking up
  
• Meet him at the lab
  
• Gather the first solar cell in the pit
  
• Use the cell to gather 5 wood to repair the bridge
  
• Talk to Yuri to open up the bridge to town

Cross the bridge you just repaired and go explore the town. A cutscene should trigger where you meet The Mayor, who tasks you and Yuri with helping rebuild Clover.

Fix the Clothing Store

Leah is the bunny in town who runs the clothes store near the entrance of town. Completing her quest will unlock the Cosmetics menu of the journal, allowing you to wear hats and customize your facial screen saver. Leah requires 9 wood and 1 wire to fix the shop, so explore around town to gather materials.

Repair the Produce Stand

Petra is the cool cat who runs the local produce stand left of the windmill. She requires 10 wood, 2 wires and her Produce Crate which can be found directly behind her stand on the highest building overlooking the cliff.

Fix Apple Cafe
Celia is the robot who owns the Apple Cafe, to the right of the windmill. She requires 3 wood and 5 wires to repair her cafe.

Once Clover's quests are finished, you are taken to the picnic cutscene with the townsfolk. This is when the Mayor introduces the Dash Boots that allow you to dash in a burst of speed but use a solar cell.

The woods contains three additional townsfolk who need your help. This are is required to progress the story.

Rebooting Mabel

Mabel is the robot at the entrance of the town, and she requires 3 solar cells. You should have two cells by now, and the third can be found by climbing a rock structure very close to Mabel. Talking to her with three cells will reboot her and complete the quest.

Fix the Forest Lab

Theo is the mushroom researcher chilling in a treehouse in the center of the forest. She needs a lost Mushroom Sample to repair her Mycology lab, as well as 8 wood, 4 wires and 1 gear. The mushroom sample can be found towards the center of the forest on a large rock formation.

Fix the Forest Grid

Lastly, Flint is the local mechanic who needs a spare part for his machinery, 6 wires and 2 gears to get the Solar Cell Relay tower up and running again.The machine part can be accessed by climbing the large tree in the area near the relay tower. This area blocks solar cell recharging so be smart with your cell usage to get the machine part as well as the extra cell atop the tree.

Mushroom Woods Bridge

As you finish the first three quests, Flint, Theo and Mabel request your help one last time to fix the bridge connecting the Mushroom Woods to Clover.

After fixing the Woods Bridge, talking to The Mayor will reveal the final quest to fix town hall. The cliffs are located directly across from the Mushroom Woods, and require 4 cells in order to cross (real ones only need 3).

Fix the Town Hall

The town hall is missing it's bell after the storm, and requires you to find it atop the Windy Cliffs as well as 12 wood, 7 wires and 3 gears. Once the materials and bell are acquired, either complete the optional Cliffs Bridge quest or return to the mayor to complete the main story.

Windy Cliffs Bridge

The final optional quest is to repair the bridge that connects the cliffs and Clover. This quest is self guided, and can be started by entering the cliffs after finishing all other quests besides the Mayor's. The bridge needs 11 wood, 8 wires and 1 gear in order to be repaired.

Fixing the town hall will prompt you to return to your house after a long day's work. This is the final cutscene of the game, and finishing will play the credits :)
