Tactical Knives Sheath No Katana Sheath

Description
The sheath for the katana in the base mod is broken when using with other mods such as Britas.
This is a "fix" that consisted of me just deleting all files and lines of code related to the katana.
I made this for my own multiplayer sessions bc I am autistic and hate having broken items in game but if anyone else could use it, enjoy haha

Would love if you could make it where the thigh sheath could be on either leg, if possible of course. Otherwise enjoying this version as it works without error.
