aRSE with friends - Vassals and Allies count!

Description
All credits go to Lorghul, who created this beautiful mod. This edit changes the scripts to allow allies and vassals to count towards the rail network.

No more fighting your chaos allies to build a metro station in the Empire, or destroying the Empire so you can get to Altdorf without a 10 turn commute!

Replaces aRSE, having both will cause only one to work.

This mod might need an update. Something's not playing nice with "Warband Upgrade Ultimate" for the Chaos Dwarfs, and I believe it's either this one or "ARSE With Friends". When using all three mods together in my Drazhoath campaign, the upgrade panel of the former is completely empty. I BELIEVE all three mods have previously functioned properly together, but I could very well be wrong.

@Thuynder hey! any chance you could extend the fast travels points for the railroad westword to the mountain edges of the west side of the empire and bretoonia for the dwarf faction? all the way up to the blackstone post? and clan angrunds capital :)

This mod is working for me. You have to own 2 settlements listed in the map and select an army which is near one of the settlements and hasn't moved this turn.

Doesn't *seem* to work anymore? as far as I can tell. Doesn't seem to do anything at all.

unfortunately it doesn't seem to work for me it's a shame because I think it has a lot of potential :/
