Tourists also have two modes that can further complicate networks with transfers; at first they will ignore services/attractions while finding a room, but once they do, they will act like "passengers" trying to fulfill their needs, so you need to account for both modes in any public transit network you allow them to use to prevent them from getting lost.

Specifically why should I be careful and, I assume, not use this for anyone except passengers and tourists? I've tested it with buses and workers move from one to the other just fine, without forcing anyone out, just by telling the bust station to send them to "other buildings". The workers seem to know exactly where to go. Am I missing something here?
Like RDO automatically sending trains to pick up goods at warehouses, and bringing the wagons to export RDO.
