Improved Topbar Info [DISCONTINUED]

Description
This mod adds various information to the topbar in order to reduce the number of menus and tooltips needed to go through.

Compatibility:1.9.0

What's new:
  1. This mod highlights map color for literacy, population and infamy in addition to original mod.
  2. Fixed Literacy graph.
  3. Convoys icon has been moved to the same position as the vanilla version.
  4. Clickable icons have been added. Clicking on Legitimacy or Innovation icons will now open relevant dashboard page.

@Bahmut the framework mod disappearing when you open windows feels clunky, and I dont love that it doesnt align the second row graphic on the end like this does

@ExistentialSadBoi I have improved the tooltips for all base game elements. They now include breakdowns and such

@Bahmut for me specifically, hovering over something like, say, prestige, only gives a tooltip explaining what prestige i s, rather than information about your ranking and prestige scores worldwide etc.
