Depth Guard for VC

Description
By request, a very simple mod that just adds Depth Guard to the Vampire Count roster. Recruitable at the same building as the Blood Knights.

@skyler712 No, I would honestly reccomend a mod that changes the red line for everyone. I could change it, but that mod basically does what you're asking but better.
