We have 42 coming and start something like that now does not sound like the better idea.
Mainly, the game developers should implement that mode by theirselves... as so many other things mods do, like bug fixing or different ways to encode things like inventory or zombie interior spawn, which are solved by modders. Major update like 42 coming should include several mods that already exist...
Then maybe if the modders create a world SIMS-like, only maybe they start thinking on implementing on the base game...
Then it will allow you to click the option if not it would be red until you have the money and same with cars at a car yard that players can also sell them to you for a job and this could lead into people robbing your house and doing crime and then need police to stop the robbers and then got the gun stores it just gets pretty deep.
Cool idea if it could ever become a reality :P
