Category Rename of Metal Pipe, Lead Pipe & Metal Bar

Description
Are you also pissed that when you look for the metal bar/metal pipe/lead pipe, you don't find it under material but under weapon?
I am annoyed of this!

This mod fixes the category of these 3 items.
No mod conflict as far as I know :)

You need the ItemTweakerAPI for this to work.
And probably add at the end of load order if some other mods overwrites them.
