Gimme a Sandwich

Description
Adds a sandwich item to the game.
It comes in it's own lunchbox, Handy!

It functions as a lower quality medkit.
Also adds it to the unknown signal loot.

reason i was asking is there are mods to make consumables craftable

None of the other consumables are craftable but I might look into putting it in the vending machines. (I don't even know what you would craft it from? Gravel sandwiched between a pair of steel plates?)

I don't plan on making it work wit DNSK at this time.
