A Jungle Out There: A Cataph Southern Realms Submod

Description
Cataph's Southern Realms makes various changes to climate suitability for human factions for no obvious reason, most notably making jungle Uninhabitable for normal Empire factions, which makes confederating the Huntsmarshal's Expedition practically useless. This mod undoes some of those changes, and makes some unrelated changes to human climate preferences to be more realistic and balanced.
