MTL Utility Dashboard

The MTL utility dashboard is a simple, yet very informative dashboard.
It shows you everything from the basic things to some more specialized info:
-battery and fuel level

-blinkers

-speed

-light mode (low and high beam)

-handbrake status

-check engine light (overheating alert)

-drive indicator

-reverse indicator

-E indicator that can either mean engine or electric

-RPS gauge

-time

-weather

-rain level

-odometer

Known issues: Dashboard breaks slightly at 100% rain but returns to normal when rain goes below 100%
