Nope, is a DIY thing for that as ya gotta copy and paste the files(Except the Descriptor) into Kaiserredux.

Never used the mod this is based off, I figured it out.

It might be because I loaded the mod into a current save and not a fresh one but this mod does not seem to work with Old World Blues. It hasn't led to any instability though. Anyone have the same problem?
