Adds a new playable slugcat to the game: The Technomancer!
With the ability to manipulate the ancient technologies around you to your whim, what might you do with it?

The Technomancer is a fluffy new Slugcat whose campaign takes place a long time ago, in the time of Looks to the Moon's prime. Regions are/will be much different than their future (present) versions. The world is alive, and you will get to explore it!

When I go to Shaded Citadel or 5P, it stays the same as the present rain world, not sure abt waterfront tho

@Sentina the Cat Proto is right cause i have NO idea why the technomancher is paused for now.
i do recall not being able to play this and a couple crashes but thats not really a reason to just pause the dev of this mod, and do other stuff.😥

i forgot one second.. uh die? Not to be rude but I feel like if your gonna discontinue or pause on something you should at least give a reason :(
If it's personal I get it but if it's not personal and is just coding getting harder or you focusing on a different game, there's no reason to not say why.

@Your average SCP:SL Addict I intend on adding a lot more to this mod in the future, though recent events are making that difficult. Thank you for the ideas though!
