Recolored Outfits and Contact Heads (Graphics Pack)

This adds some new heads (from the Playable Contact mod) and recolored versions of some of the original outfits.

The new outfits are simple recolorations of the blue armor, the white armor, the orange worksuit, the green worksuit, the striped "pirate" outfit, the blue and orange jacketed suit, and the blue bolero with epalluettes (for females only) and its companion, the brown jacket with epalluettes and sash (for males only). They have been recolored in the clan and syndicate colors, though not every clan or syndicate has all of the new outfits.

There are also a small selection of helmets, as well as a rainbow of berets and peaked caps.

FUTURE PLANS
I may add a few variants in red with yellow trim.

I may clean up some of the artifacts but I am not a very good artist.

I may add some recolored armbands or eyeglasses.
