English:

A stupid playermodel created with the purpose of being a joke since it is badly rigged in some parts of the model

pd: the ragdoll is a bit buggy for the same reason

Un playermodel choto creado con el proposito de ser una broma ya que está mal riggeado en algunas partes del modelo
