better black market

Description
this mod makes the black market better by doing:
black markets has everything (exept the dlc stuff) thats respawn (if i did it right, might need more testing).
the refresh of the market its every 15 days.

have fun, if there are any problems warn me.

also the refresh part works only in a new game but the having everything its in and just need to wait to refresh the black market.

@banz326 i know, those are default setting of those weapons, dont know why, and i didn't want to change them, so its compatible with other mods that change those stats and stuff

the golden shotgun, rifle and revolver are at $0
