Original Half-Life 1 Cooper Message Replacement

Description
This addon replaces the Cooper radio message during the tactical map part of Surface Tension with the original message from Half-Life 1. Why did I make this you ask? Well I liked the old sounding dude in the original Half-Life. It's not very good and pretty useless but I like it.

Feel free to modify this and post it to the workshop, I'm ok with that as long as you credit me.
