EMP IND Slipstream MKV Cab-Under Unit

Description
A simple Cab-under truck, I've made a few attempts at one of these for a while, decided to actually commit to one before making something else.

Diesel-Electric drive, top speed of 100 mph, without any XML edited grip properties and it has SIBtat trailer stuff built in though it requires specialised/adapted trailers.
