Hello! In this guide i will try to give you some ideas on how to enjoy your time in VR Chat! I will somewhat explain how to enjoy your time in the game! Choose any of the options below and proceed!

Explore new worlds! VR Chat has many unpopular worlds with funny / funky / interesting stories inside of them! It's never too late to just make up your mind and go look for such worlds!
To do so you dont need to rack your brain at all! Just write in random words or letters (in any language you prefer) and go for it! I've personally found some funky music worlds that simulate the beat! They were kinda awesome!

Make friends! Sounds complicated? You dont want friends? It's never too late to change your mind! Sometimes it'll even help you in life! You might be asking yourself: how do i even find friends?..
Well, the answer is simple! Just go around the worlds and look for people that are talking about something that you personally would talk about! Even if it doesn't give you any new people to frequently talk to - you will, at least, enjoy your time! Just remember to be respectful and not too overbearing!
Also, a little advice from me... Dont ever talk about politics and never try to be someone that you aren't! If you're doing that - u're not making people want to talk to you, u're making them like one of your methaphorical masks that u're wearing!
Be yourself, make friends, enjoy your life & yourself!

U're too shy to directly come up and talk to new people? Not a problem! Just join an existing conversation without ever joining it! How great it is! Yes, from their perspective u're just a silent stalker, watching them from a corner... but who cares!?
U're enjoying yourself... ehm... that doesn't sound so good... But i hope you get what i mean! Dont forget to clarify that u're not doing something shameful tho...
Okay, what i mean is... you can actually look at those conversations like they're TV shows or teatral spectacles with live actors! Now it's completely different, right!? What's better - you dont need to pay and it's actually somewhat enjoyable to do that!

You're shy but sometimes you can cling in to some conversations? Not a problem! A lot of worlds have some people that are joking, laughing & having fun in general! Just join them!
Sounds hard? It's not at all! Dont forget that people that play this game do that for a reason and this reason is... to talk! With people they know & dont know! So, that means you should not feel any shame or shyness when u're doing that! Just start talking along and they will accept you!
This will also help people to overcome their social anxiety! Dont worry about it, other people wouldn't mind you doing that! unless u're saying something really stupid... So you should not either! Enjoy & improve yourself at the same time!

Options above are not for you? You dont actually need friends or you dont like exploring? Not a problem! I've got an option for you aswell! Go and argue with people! How is that a good advice? you might ask? Simple! Sometimes you just need to cool your head down, let out some steam etc... it's a usable tactic, just dont be too harsh and maybe you will help some people do the same thing u're doing!

This is not an advice like those above, this is a conclusion to all that i've said, so if you dont like old men talking about their own things - skip it!
VR Chat is a game made by people - for people, it might not look like it with all those things & changes... but i'm not talking about the game itself, i'm talking about the concept! The purpose of this game is give people an ability to represent themself & to talk! Dont forget that u're a human aswell, whatever u're thinking about, whatever fears or problems you have - overcome it with this game!
It's a perfect opportunity for you to overcome social anxiety or to learn a new language! Just dont be too shy!
It's also very easy to find advice from people! Maybe u're uncertaion about something or dont have a new idea for your project? Maybe something is bothering you? Dont be ashamed to ask! Dont forget that this game is anonymous so you can say whatever you want!
But please, dont say something too bad, dont do bad things! Just make the world nicer for everybody, at least to the extent of your own abilities!
