Needs only level 3!

If you want to create a space base but do not want to use a blueprint, then it might happen, you have all the resources, but no constructor. SV constructors need certain materials, portable constructors can't be used in space.

Try this one.

Needs very few resources and gets you going. If you make this the start of your base or if you just put this near the spot of the real base, you will have a constructor.

Don't forget to hold 'o' (like orientation) before you put down the blueprint.
