Stellar Legions - Achievement Friendly

Description
This is an achievement friendly version of the Stellar Legions mod https://gtm.steamproxy.vip/sharedfiles/filedetails/?id=2939702822 It does not change the checksum. It replaces many of the base portraits. It includes all of the portraits and rooms, but not the name lists as those affect the checksum.

It's always hard to find specific culprits for things, but I'm pretty sure this does break the game a little. I got frequent crashes with it and its the only out of date mod I was using.

there are issue with bio ship and this mod. can't pick bioships if it is active. A real shame :/

For me it's still working with 4.0. But I only use it alone, so maybe a modconflict.
