The microwave

Say hello to *THE* Microwave, a now heavily damaged model that was thought to be almost indestructible, but that is now malfunctioning and in need of spare parts, said to be stored inside Eden.

This mod is a not-so-serious character with two kind-of serious loadouts that try to stay close to vanilla characters and spells while still having something new to bring to the table.

The loadouts consist of the following:


- Leftovers
An all-rounder loadout focused on shuffling non-stop, only weakness it could have is any kind of spell that gets constantly added on your deck like Jam, Kunai or the newly introduced Chiken Leg, since they can prevent you from using your deck at their full potential. Take in mind that shuffling with this loadout will take an extra second than most other characters (3.5 seconds instead of 2.5).

Shuffle Time: 3.5
Deck: Shield Beam, Circuit, Pekay Fire, Thunder
Artifact: Second Breakfast
Weapon: Leftovers

Leftovers throws a chiken (not to be confused with the irl animal chicken) into the air, if catched by the microwave, it will instantly shuffle it’s deck and gain one Chiken Leg, which costs 1 mana and deals 20 damage.
(Had to change the mana cost since before it was just too disposable for a card that's supposed to act like a slightly more useful Jam).


- Macrowave
Specialized in multi-hitting, fire and piercing spells, macrowave will give you the microwave laser experience you’ve always wanted to feel.

Health: 800
Max Mana: 2
Mana Regen: 0.8
Shuffle Time: 2.5
Deck: Wrap Rays, Ember, Skewer, Shield Beam
Artifact: Uranium
Weapon: Wavebeam

The microwave beam (Wavebeam in short) pierces through enemies and gives 1 Spell power per enemy hit for 5 seconds.


I highly doubt this mod is incredibly balanced, but I focused more on the character just being fun and unique, while still silly and respecting vanilla spells, to an extend.
Oh and there’s a skin of my microwave OC (do not steal), if you want to add your own microwave, you are always welcome to create the sprites and upload it as your own mod (or ask me to add it to this mod, although I can’t assure if I’ll agree or not to do it), it’s pretty easy to access the mod files if you follow the tutorial on the wiki.
