Description
This replace default citizen/rebel with honkai characters



+including different model for different group: Refugee,Medic

update:
+extra character variant for rebels and medic
+lip sync (it worse but better than poker face)

Ps:Work in half life 2 if you see any bug or crashing comment below see if i can fix
