Particle optimization

Description
The mod converts particles from png format to dds and reduces their size. This saves video memory and they are processed faster on the GPU. On my computer, the mod allowed me to save around 400 megabytes, which is very good for a simple translation of particles.

На моём калькуляторе, что при послу средних настройках игра даёт 20-28 ФПС этот мод дал буст до сумасшедших 40, а в некоторых моментах и 50. Этот мод обязателен к установке всех обладателем древних ПК!
