Wood Elf Waywatcher & Eternal RoR Defensive Buff [Chorf update]

Waywatchers are great but if anyone looks at them funny they die
WAY cheaper ranged units can outduel them super cost effectively

So I gave them a Self Cast Only 1 use of Pann's Pelt and Flesh to Stone, each offering 20s of a good amount of physical Resistance


The Winterheart Guard also seemed very boring to me so I gave them the ability too


Should never break, should be easy to pop open and add units you want to have this ability to using Rusted Packfile Manager

I just checked this, It did not break. The avenue for this was defining a new ability and assigning it to the units, dodging the restructuring of unit tables that the Chorfs update did
