Dwarf artillery rework

Description
This mod is basically only for dwarf fans, it slightly buffs bolt throwers, cannon and increases the reload time while increasing the range of the flame cannon and organ gun, as nothing is more frustrating then having artillery guns with infantry ranges.
Bolt thrower reload 13s to 10s
Cannon reload 22s to 20s
Organ gun range 300 to 380
Organ gun reload 12s to 15s
Flame cannon range 230 to 350
Flame cannon reload 10s to 15s

and change up the stats of this mod however you see fit for yourself

if i may make some suggestions from the perspective of a big dwarf player. the cannon range 600 reload needs to go down as they increase in rank (meaning the strips they have copper, silver gold). organ gun 420 and keep the flame cannon at 350 for range. i suggest this bc the dwarfs cant chase or run down enemy so they need them to come to us, hence the 600. the reload time needs to get better as they go up in rank bc the second reason dwarfs have artillery is to thin out the enemy before they reach our lines. third reason is for the cannons to eliminate enemy artillery (i say this third thing bc all gyro anything sucks and it takes 1 bomber all 11 bombs to mildly damage anything). thank you and this is obviously just a suggestion, but i do appreciate the rework.

it's not exactly meant as a nerf or buff, just a rework, to enable these weapons to engage long range targets

I dunno, seems more a nerf than a buff.
In those 3 seconds more of reload the enemy units will probably cover those 80 meters.

its a relative scaler, meaning per % of range increase, so does the reload time increase, it ensures balance

Is it worthy to have more range but also higher reload time? Especially on the Organ Runs, 3 seconds more reload for only 80 meters more.
