Debug car spawning buildings extended

NOW WORKING AFTER NEW UPDATE This mod adds even more developer testing buildings that can be used to test traffic to the miscellaneous build menu.
They can be used to stress test your traffic in your cities.
To use them you must place at least one car Red/Blue/Green/White/Black producer building to spawn the cars in your road network and at least one car Red/Blue/Green/White/Black to match the producers for them to drive to
