Pertam Spawn Rover

Replaces the existing spawn pods with a spawn rover on Pertam.
Has good range (thanks to a large battery and solar panel), a survival kit and some basic amenities.

17th April:
I added 3 'Event Controllers' that together create a system similar to an automatic gear box. The Rover will now automatically adjust the traction of the wheels and the maximum steering angle based on the velocity of the Rover. I challenge you to crash it!

Action bar explanation:
Press 1 to toggle the handbrake
Press 2 to reduce maximum speed
Press 3 to increase maximum speed
Press 4 to set steering controls for reverse (for easy parking and docking), press F to abort
Hold & release X to jump, press 5 while in the air to replace any lost wheels
Press 6 to connect/disconnect to a connector in the back
Press 7 to swith the battery between Auto and Recharge
Press 8 to turn lights on/off
Press 9 for emergency parachutes

Page 2 has controls for power consuming blocks, to more easily recharge with the solar panel
Page 3 had all the relevant wheel settings for rover experts that have particular preferences
