Lower Edict Cost (3.14)

Description
Hey Guys, Claire here!

Again i have created a new and very useful, little Mod.

<Lower Edict Cost> does:

- 50% reduced monthly cost of edict unity for sustaining edicts!

That way one edict just consumes 5-7 Edict Unity monthly instead of 10-12 or even more for advanced edicts! =)
I hope you can and will enjoy this mod like i do! =)

Does this reduce the 'cost' or does this reduce the monthly 'upkeep'?

updated to 3.8 ^^

Now every! edict has 50% lower costs, except Ambitions; for them the price is okay :D
