[B41/B42.11] Remove Tutorial

Description
Removed 'Tutorial' to avoid accidental pressing.

Build41 : This mod is Commented out lines 589-594 in the 'MainScreen.lua' file.

Build42 : The tutorial button is removed using a separate Lua file to prevent conflicts caused by game updates.

can you made a mod for delete de "CONTINUE" option? sometimes when i want to click the LOAD button press that and happens the same shit as the tutorial button....

Seems to be an issue with the latest 42.3.0 update. Trying to launch the game with this mod enabled hangs on a black screen; disabling the mod makes everything launch properly. Console stack trace is naming this mod as the problem.

Since the update there seems to be a incompatibility with the Visual Sounds Mod and I can no longer enter the Settings in the Main Menu and hosting a Server leads to a Blackscreen.
