Missile Silo V3

This is the 3rd iteration of my most recent Campaign Tech.

It has enough firepower to destroy even most well-shielded enemies in a matter of seconds, an overkill's worth of batteries and Hawkeye shield and repair bubbles, a basic mobile factory, a resource radar, and it can hover. Oh, don't forget to never send this Tech to your inventory, you don't want to have to refuel the batteries just because you used a plane to get somewhere quickly.
