Characters turn way too slowly in this game. Enabling this mod will apply some tweaked speed & angle variables that change how your character turns, overall buffing your mobility and combat. It is near instant pivoting. This mod aims to increase the control given to the player.
If your character has ever started running the opposite direction that you pointed them, this will fix that.

Overall, it's pretty balanced because if you just right click behind you, your character will still play the normal turn around animation but if you physically trace the circumference of a semicircle the full 180 degrees around your character, you can do it much faster and thus its left to your physical reaction speed and how fast you can perform that motion.



***IMPORTANT NOTE***
This tends to speed up the game play loop quite substantially and make fighting zombies generally "easier"(I think its important to have more control over your player). At the very least, the skill ceiling is much higher, it's not just completely unbalanced. I suggest buffing the zombies to counteract this or use the zombie mods & settings from my modpack:

Only Known Bugs:
-when respawning after death in multiplayer(maybe singleplayer?), you will not have any of the buffs until you leave and rejoin. It also throws an error every game tick until you do, so it can create some multiplayer instability if you are hosting a server directly through the game and decide not to restart if you die as host.

Maybe in five years when i can have all my mods I have now. Really hoping they get rid of the slowing the game down garbage they've put in it, or at least when networking is back and I can code for that too.

Anyways, this is a great time to plug my multiplayer modpack, which will stay on B41.78 and will always remain static and separated from the workshop. At least, I will be staying on for years to come as it already has 95% of good B42 features already and many many additional better ones.

Pivot value can not be tied to a sandbox value unfortunately, you would need to edit the java code for that. It's all or nothing and that would require bypassing the workshop. Essentially, it's multiplying your current pivot speed by a very large value because its being overridden each game tick by the actual java code itself. So any actual value change would still seem like all or nothing

I also don't really have a way to fix the errors on death, or at least i am unable to figure out how to stop on death, and then re apply to a specific player on respawn without doing it for everyone and overlapping the pivot speeds. Essentially, it would apply double for all players on each death and get expensive fast and/or cause desync.
