My custom settings.

Basically I wanted a way that I could have more control over my own settings. I will be adding to this as I play more.

You can change this by editing the patchsettings.json file using any IDE (i use vscode :P) to fit your own settings.

If you have any suggestions on things to add here then let me know. this is all basic stuff only changing a few of the config settings.

you can publish this as your own if you want. i dont really care as it is super basic changes. If i do add anything in here that would call for stuff that isnt as basic then i will write it here. But for the most part this mod is just for basic changes that i need.


The camera settings:

I added it so that you can use it with all versions easily. IE: version 12 of the game changes some of the pathing for the camera. So i added in both the codes for versions before 12 and for 12+. all you have to do is go into the patchsettings.json file and uncomment the lines that associate with the version you are using. Right now it is set to the old pathing for the camera as I have bugs in v12 that I can not play the game with.

So to reiterate. this is what the settings look like.

IMPORTANT NOTE: IF YOU USE ONE OR THE OTHER THEN YOU MUST COMMENT OUT THE OTHER ONE BY PUTTING // INFRONT OF THE ONE YOU ARE NOT USING!

You can probable get away with them both being uncommented however I think its better to only be calling the one you need instead of having it check for ones that are not being used.


With all of that out of the way with the camera settings, I have also added in the max inhabitants feature, changing this to my own liking with the following values. You can change this if you like to fit your own play style.

Level 1 = 8
Level 2 = 16
Level 3 = 25
Level 4 = 48
Level 5 = 82
Level 6 = 180
