Mario brings the fight against Bowser's Army! Champion of the Mushroom Kingdom, Mario uses a variety of agile moves honed from a lifetime of platforming, in addition to clever use of item blocks!




Mario's moveset is tailored to bring something new to rivals while also being comfortable for any longtime Mario players from the Smash series.

COIN COLLECTOR

Play play Mario like never before! Every attack will grant Mario coins, once 100 coins are collected, Mario's neutral special is replaced by a SUPER move fit for a SUPER Mario! Moves like grounded forward special can grant massive coin bonuses! Will you play Mario like a grappler?

ITEM MASTER

Both Mario's up special and up strong will hit an item block, giving Mario a new neutral special! These can range from koopa shells to even his signature cape! If you ever need to return to your trusty fire flower press up+taunt!

SMASH MODE

Mario is flexible! If you feel like the default moveset is a little too quirky, I have news for you! Check out the button located on Mario's character select portrait. Selecting this option will add a Smash icon to Mario, meaning all his moves get swapped to a more familiar smash-style moveset! You'll always have cape for forward special for example!

CAPPY COMPATABILITY

Mario comes complete with a unique taunt that can be accessed by pressing down+taunt. This replicates Mario capturing other characters like in Mario Odyssey!
