Description
Animated Sprinting
A simple addon that makes it so sprinting is animated. Also makes it so you can only sprint forward (optional).

REQUIRES DYNABASE AND THE MIXAMO ANIMATIONS EXTENSION

Console Commands
AnimatedSprinting_enabled 0/1 - Enables or disables the addon. AnimatedSprinting_forwardonly 0/1 - Sprinting is only allowed when running forward. AnimatedSprinting_maxsidevelocity 0 to 1 (float) - The maximum amount of relative side velocity allowed before sprinting is forced off, if forwardonly is set to 1. Default is 0.7 (Diagonal sprinting allowed, but not full side sprint.) AnimatedSprinting_limitmousemovement 0 to 1 (float) - Max turn speed percentage while sprinting. Float from 0 to 1. Set to 1 to disable.

To-do/The future
  • Fix the buggy unarmed sprint anim
  • Add option to enable forward-only sprint restriction
  • Add option to restrict shooting while sprinting
  • Look into making the 2 handed sprint anim hold the weapons better

@80Hg As far as I can tell at least, It only started becoming an issue when I added more addons and something was preventing it from registering right, I think it was on dynabase's side though because nothing dynabase was working for me until I auto-sorted it.

@olive You mean the animations are trying to load before Dynabase? I might have to take that up with David if so

After a lot of back and fourth I found out that the issue is not strictly mod conflicts themselves, but conflicts caused by load order issues. If you go to your library and properties on GMOD and find the load order tab select the button that automatically tries to sort it for you, thats how I got it working again on my end.

The animation still appear as T-pose even I've already subscribe the DYNABASE and MIXAMO, and the link in the wiltostech page were already 404 Not Found, did anyone knows how to fix it?

ARC9 is literally the best weapon mod i saw on gmod, it kills TFA, Arcww, etc

@23Merathd you'd have to ask the person who made the animations(mixamo) because to my knowledge 80Hg isn't the person who made the anims
