Relic Pool Randomizer

Description
Add some chaos into your runs! This mod randomizes the relic pools with the existing relics at the start of every run. Runic Pyramid might be a Common relic, Chemical X might be a Boss relic, etc.
This also reduces the base price of Boss relics to make them a bit more affordable.
There's a mod option to randomize the event specific relics as well.

No promises on compatibility with other mods.

is there any way you could add the option for us to manually set which relics are in each pool? i'd really like to add just the shop relics to the normal pool to shake things up a bit
