Sword of Khaine all penalties removed

Description
There already is a mod that does this but is outdated (though it works). Thought I should add an updated one.

Removes all penalties for both player and the AI. Do not know if the personality trait is removed or not. (My first uploaded mod you see).

Should be save game compatible.
