E3 Charger Mortification PZAttack

Description
Warning: due to the point of trying to make this sound accurate, there may be a loop issue, if so, greatest apologies

The closest/clearest restoration we have to the original Mortification PZAttack. Loop made with the help of 0x2480, one of the main developers of the L4D2 Beta/E3 Restoration Project.

There may be a tiny bit of noise, but it's for the most part unnoticable-

All other mods in the video belong to their respectful owners

yea, can't really get rid of it without actually getting rid of the musical chords

Another suggestion: when a survivor dies, apply the sound "critical_event_1," which had been utilised in the beta test as well.

I'd rather have it as a separate thing so it can be usable with other sound mods
It MIGHT be possible with V-Script due to the fact the sound is in the files

Well if I want to add that in, I may have to mix it in with almost every Terror/PZAttack sound, which might take a bit. Unless you have another way I can use it?
