Stalin in Valve intro

Description
Since addons load after the intro, you have to extract the .vpk and put media folder in Left 4 Dead 2 > left4dead2.
You can extract it by drag & dropping the .vpk over vpk.exe in Left 4 Dead 2 > bin; the best way is to create a shortcut for the vpk.exe anywhere you want the .vpk to be extracted.
