Essentially it's a "refined" mixture of Electrum, Gold and Yayo. Made (Sniffable/Snortable) ? Well anyway it ruins your lungs but defines your wealth via bragging rights. Not much to it honestly.

Just like many of the hundreds of traditions we have in the real world most glorify essentially ruining your body. Well in this case, Gold Dust fills your lungs with well... just that and it's a status I guess.

Pawns in the world "UPON CREATION" will randomly be affected by the use of this "drug" such as but not limited too random caravans, random visitors, raiders and so on however just as much as any other disease, or health condition like asthma or frail back for example but as far as I am concerned this is permanent unless you obviously replaced the lungs.
