Description
WATCHING THE VIDEO IS HIGHLY RECOMMENDED, PREFERABLY IN FULLSCREEN!

Fixes Community Sparkle scattering to the direction the player moves to, now it stays completely attached, has better visibility and a few more minor touches to it's appearance. ( Grows large then shrinks to emulate a classic cartoon sparkle look, no longer uses alpha fade in/out, has a wide spread by itself without relying on the scattering problem of the current one in-game.)

This old version had poor visiblity due to being fully locked for the fix, but now this new version properly compensates for that by having a wide spread by itself without relying on the scattering glitch to be visible and looks also even more noticeable, especially for body miscs!
