Missile Turret Direct Fire

Description
Missile Launcher Turret changed to direct fire. Renamed as Rocket Turret to not confuse myself on which one to build.
Minimum range reduced.
Firing rate slightly increased.
No research/unlocking needed (I think? I can't remember to be honest LOL)
Doesn't malfunction.

Made for my own enjoyment, obviously not balanced. Use at your own risk 🙊
