Lanterns & Torches Galore Test

Description
Adds various lantern and torch structures to the game.

In the update:

- Fixed some bugs
- Optimized code
- Changed fuel burn times
- Added Copy/Paste features

- New INI Settings:
[LanternsGalore]
RequireFuel=True (or False)
LightIntensityMultiplier=1.00 (0.10 to 3.00)
LightRangeMultiplier=1.00 (0.10 to 3.00)

Working as intended!
Lights work, the range multiplier, various textures (T), Lanterns, and torches all working on SP test mode version.

Some various combinations of; graphics drivers, HDR settings on Windows (10) OS, Monitors with bright gamma, and in-game bloom/light settings could ultimately make some light sources look super bright!

However not the case for me, great job!
