Tuning Pack to remove the ability to purchase armed vehicles. Non-Combat vehicles are available (sometimes in multiple tiers).

Combat upgrade paths for non-combat vehicles are removed. May look into removing combat abilities and allowing other support vehicles (eg removing mortar barrage from recon vehicles)

Tech tree abilities with vehicles are not able to be called. May look into changing trees to be more useful (But probably don't play armored company?)

Some other balance may occur once everything else is stable. Check changelogs for more in depth changes
